Applications
  • For the safe and reliable shut-off, feeding and metering of all types of bulk materials. Ideal as an emergency or repair valve upstream of discharge units like rotary valves or screw conveyors.
  • For cut off of hot air in ducts or flue gases, as isolation dampers etc.
  • An additionally equipped version can be used as a product or operational valve for free flowing bulk materials.
  • For operating temperatures up to 500ºC and above with special modifications.

  • Round, Square and Rectangular construction, bigger dimensions possible according to clients application.
  • Housing and shut off area material tight but not gas tight in the standard version.
  • Environment friendly as dust tight due to full encapsulation of gate opening.
  • Optical position indicator – optional.

  • Proximity switches – JSC standard proximity switches. Other makes and specifications on request.
  • Junction Box – JSC standard ready assembled and wired. Other makes and specifications on request.
  • Reserve air tank – Optional for emergency operation in case of compressed air breakdown.
