These gates are made as per JASH design.
  
Application
These are used for automatic drainage from outfall structure to rivers, estuaries and sea and for preventing reverse flow during flood/tide from river, estuaries and sea to the plant.
Salient Features
  • Opening against nominal differential pressure.
  • Sturdy construction to account for pulsating motion.
  • Metal to metal sealing on the periphery of gate aperture.
  • Adjustable hinge bolts to reduce/increase sensitivity of flap operation in installed condition.
  • Replaceable hinge bushes and pins.
  • Painting : 2 coats of redoxide primer with 2 coats of black bitumin paint.
Materials of Construction
Depending upon application and requirement, the client should select and specify the Materials of Construction for various components from offered alternatives.
Optional   Features
  • Wall thimble mounting design.
  • Expandable type anchor fasteners.
  • Epoxy primer and epoxy finish paint.
