1/11/99: Second consecutive order from Subhash Projects & Marketing Limited, Bangalore.

Subhash Projects, Bangalore has placed their second order for Jash CI Flange back frame gates for their 60 MLD Mysore Sewage Treatment project. The order is for supply of 2 nos 2200x1500mm size gates, 2 nos 1690x2200 mm size gates and 1 no 1500x1500mm size gate.

Escorts R&D Centre Faridabad has placed an order worth more than Rs.3.0 million for T- Slotted Bed Plates of 3500x1500x175 mm size. These 14 Nos. plates will be used by their engine testing labs.

Dodsal Limited has placed order for 2 Nos. Open channel gates of 2200x2000 mm size for Emergency Water Supply Project of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.

Voltas Limited Mumbai places order for 6 Nos. C.I. Sluice Gates of 1500x2000 mm size for Raska Weir Project under Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation’s Emergency water supply scheme. STUP Consultants Limited are the consultants for this project.

M/s. Enviro control associates has placed an order of 20 open channel gates and 6 C.I. Sluice Gates for their various projects of Surat Municipal Corporation. 4 Nos. 1000x1500 mm size and 2 Nos. of 2500x1500 mm size open channel gates along with 1 No.2200 mm dia and 4 Nos. 2000x200 mm size sluice gates (both electrically operated) are required for 100 MLD capacity STP at BAMROLI. Open channel gates of 1000x1500 8 nos.,2500x1500 4 Nos. and 1500x1500 2 Nos. along with 1 No. sluice gate of 1200x1200 mm size are for 100 MLD capacity STP at SINGANPOR.

M/s Enviro Control Associates has placed an order for 6 Sluice Gates of various sizes for their project of Water Treatment Plant at Sarthana for Surat Municipal Corporation.

Jash Schutte recently bagged the order worth 2.5 million for supply of Swing Valve type  KU-HP+PAM valves from Associated Cement Company Ltd., for portland slag cement conveying. These valves of size DN 300 are installed at the inlet of pressure vessel for conveying of cement.

Another plant of Associated Cement Company for Fly Ash Handling has incorporated Swing Valve type Ku-Standard valve below 300 tonnes ash loading silo for continuous ON/OFF operation and knife gate valves below feed hoppers.

National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (N.T.P.C.) Vindhyachal Super Thermal Power Station has awarded Jash with an order worth 4.5 million for supply of 27 nos. Jash Schutte Knife Valve type ZFP size DN 200. These valves will be used for coal air mixture handling at 200°C. They are pneumatically operated made in Stainless Steel construction.

Jash has recently executed an order worth Rs. 8 million; for Mahindra AshTech Ltd.(Formerly Mahindra & Mahindra MSL Division) for their Ash handling project at Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd., Raichur (KPCL). These valves will be utilized at the inlet of pressure vessel for transportation of Fly ash at approx. 6 kg/cm sq. pressure.

RIECO Industries Ltd., Pune has placed an order for Knife Gate Valve type ZFB Std DN 450 in pneumatic version for their ongoing project of Tata Consulting Projects Ltd.

Gujarat State Fertilizer Corporation (G.S.F.C.) Polymer Unit placed an order for the supply of Swing Valve type KU-HP+PAM DN 150 in Aluminum material of construction for conveying of Nylon chips + Nitrogen in leak proof condition.

Smithkline Beecham Nabha unit has placed an order for the supply of Jash Schutte Knife Gate Valve type ZFP DN 150 for Horlicks powder conveying.

Northeast valves Inc. USA, has recently placed orders for Swing Valve Ku Standard in size DN 400 and Pneumatically operated Knife gate valve type ZFB Standard size DN 450 in Stainless Steel 316 material of construction.
