KNIFE GATE VALVE - VERSION MONO-T
The MONO-T version Knife gate valve is specially designed to conform
to TAPPI-805 and MSS SP 81 standards. It is single body glandless
valve for high pressure leak tight isolation requirement in paper
and pulp mills, chemical plants and process industries for all those
applications involving isolation of solid-liquid mixes. These are
ideal for use in lieu of Sluice valves in applications involving
solid – liquid mixes since these are low in weight and needs nominal
operating torque in comparison. These are ideal for vertical
installation but can also be installed in inclined or horizontal
position. This design can be used in all those application where ZFT
and ZFT-STD valves can be used.

MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION :
Depending on application and requirement, the client may select and
specify the material of construction for various components from the
alternatives provided herein.
SHOP TEST PARAMETERS :
• Body test: 15 bar hydrostatically for casting strength.
• Seat test: At 2.8 bar.
