A unique valve with inflatable sealing system for vacuum and pressure tight shut-off, feeding & discharge of all types of bulk materials, gases, and liquid solid mixes up to 6 bar pressure and 300⁰C direct temperature. For use as pressure vessel inlet valve in pneumatic conveying systems. Also used as Discharge Valve of pressure vessel with suitable modifications.

For safe and reliable shut off, metering & separation of all types of bulk materials up to 300^oC & above with suitable modifications. For use as gas & dust tight or material tight valve for critical bulk solids requiring zero leakage of material/gas to the environment. Below Storage silos, hoppers & discharge chutes etc.

-For gas & dust tight shut off of dry and free flowing bulk materials in and out of silos, pipes and pressure vessels as an isolation valve or emergency valve during downstream maintenance or repair. Used for shut-off / feeding in unidirectional flow of materials.

For safe and reliable shut off of dry and free flowing bulk materials in and out of silos, pipes and pressure vessels and also as an emergency valve during downstream maintenance or repair. Used for shutoff in bi directional flow of materials. ZFP version is the economic model in lug design to suit low headroom applications.  

As an emergency or operational valve for metering and shut off of all types of dry and free flowing bulk materials without excess system pressure and temperatures up to 500^oC. Also available as pressure tight version for operation up to 2 bar and with round or square outlet.

Double Flap valves help in solving the two biggest problems in dry material handling - maintain maximum pressure seal & minimize maintenance costs.These valves (also known as Double Dump valves) permit the product or waste to be conveyed, metered, processed or isolated properly.
